Attention Vendors

Please note: Vendors will be setting up on grassy area.

• Cost: Minimum $50.00
• Vendors must provide their own equipment ie: canopies, tables, chairs, etc.
• All Fees are non-refundable, this is a rain or shine event
• No electricity or running water is available.
• Our events usually run from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
• Setup Time: Vendors can begin setup between 6:00 am – 8:00 am. Vendors MUST be setup and ready to go by 8:oo am, ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. (Due to show car traffic) Break down is 2:00pm.
• We DO NOT ALLOW FOOD VENDORS, as we provide our own food for the show.
• Specialty food vendors may be approved ie: popcorn, snow cones, etc.

Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as they found it.
